Cancel any time

You can cancel a Premium subscription before its next renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period and no further renewal is charged.

Open Stripe below to cancel renewal yourself. No support email is needed.

Refund requests

Digital subscription charges are generally not refunded for change of mind after the service has been used. Contact us promptly for duplicate charges, accidental renewals, billing errors or a service that did not work as described.

Australian Consumer Law

If the service has a major failure or does not meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not limit those rights.

How to ask

Email eliteplayfiles@gmail.com. The email includes prompts for your account, plan, payment date and billing issue. Do not include passwords or full card details.
